Meet Paulette Freeman

Paulette Freeman works with families, referral partners and community providers to explain DayBreak’s services, evaluate client needs and help with new client admissions.

Her experience with older adults spans decades. She spent eighteen years as a social worker with the Richland/Lexington County Disability Board and Community Long Term Care, followed by fifteen years with Palmetto Health, now Prisma Health, in Community Relations and HomeCare services.

Throughout her career, Paulette has worked closely with families, physicians and community organizations. She believes listening carefully to both clients and caregivers is essential to identifying the right support and creating a sense of comfort and trust.

In her free time, Paulette enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening and cooking.
