Care that began with a simple purpose: help people stay where they feel most at home.
In 2001, Coker Day founded DayBreak Adult Care Services to help people remain safe, independent and comfortable in their own homes for as long as possible.
That purpose still guides us today. DayBreak is locally owned, not a franchise, and serves families throughout Lexington, Columbia, Aiken, and surrounding South Carolina communities. We work with families who need a little extra help a few times a week, ongoing daily support, overnight care, or a dependable presence during recovery and changing health needs.
What matters most is not fitting someone into a program. It is understanding the person: their routines, personality, preferences, family relationships and the details that make home feel like home.
